Hygiene & Safety Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any sex toys, lingerie, lubricants, or other intimate items once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used. This policy ensures the safety of all our customers.

Eligible Returns

We will accept returns only if the item is:

• Defective or damaged upon arrival

• Incorrectly shipped (wrong product or color)

• Unopened, unused, and still in its original sealed packaging

In these cases, you may request a replacement or store credit.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@nitepleasure.com with:

   • Your order number

   • A description of the issue

   • Clear photos of the item (if defective or incorrect)

2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

• Any item that has been opened or used

• Clearance or final sale items
